Nestling in the 120 acre manorial common of Stelling Minnis and Lyminge Forest in an area of outstanding natural beauty is Courthope Farm.

Ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers, close to the North Downs Way and many other cycle routes and birdwatchers will be in their element at Dungerness, Sandwich or Stodmarsh. Fancy something more sporty? Catch county cricket match at Canterbury. Try your luck at the races at Folkestone race course or sink a putt at one of the many golf clubs situated in the area.

For the garden enthusiast, Kent has more gardens open to the public than any other county in England so try Scotney Castle garden, Sissinghurst and The White Cliffs. Castles are also abundant – see Leeds, Dover, Bodiam and Walmer, or why
not visit the historic city of Canterbury and the Cathedral? If you wish to visit further a field the Channel Tunnel is a 10 minute drive, enabling you to visit France or if you prefer to go by ferry, Dover is 30 minutes away.

Tired after all that lot and just want to relax, we offer a range of accommodation to suit your needs, The Dairy and The Sheep shed sleep between 4-6 people, Bluebell’s Stable and The Goose shed sleep between 2-4 people.
